これはちょっと複雑です。

まず、ra の部分は一見するとａと母音ひとつに見えますが、
［rei］と発音しますので、[ｅ]と[ｉ]のふたつの母音があり
ます。

ただしこれはつながっていますので二重母音です。
だから音節としては一つになるんですね。

次に di の部分ですが、発音は[di]で音節が一つ。

最後の o は［ou］と発音しますので二重母音であり、音節は
一つです。

まとめますと、［rei］−［di］−［ou］と3拍のリズムに
なります。

※外見上は、最後の io がまとまって二重母音をつくりそうで
　すが、そうではない所に注意がいります。

＊it is likelyで，「どのように思われるのか？」と次を期待しながら読んでいくと，接続詞　that　以下でその内容が説明される。
